Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders are packed by hand and sent within 1–3 business days of your order. Custom gifts are made to order, and we agree the schedule with you separately.
Delivery in Finland
- Standard delivery: €5, usually 2–5 business days from your order
- Free standard delivery on orders of €80 or more
- Express delivery: €10
Local delivery in the Kouvola area
We bring local orders by hand to your mailbox or door on Fridays. Orders received by Wednesday are delivered on Friday the same week; later orders on the following Friday. We text you on the delivery day when your order is on the way. If it does not fit in your mailbox, we hand it to you or agree another time with you. The order is delivered once it is in your mailbox or handed over. Local delivery is shown at checkout if your address is within 20 km of central Kouvola.
- Up to 10 km (e.g. central Kouvola, Kuusankoski, Koria, Valkeala): €3, free on orders of €15 or more (launch offer)
- 10–20 km (e.g. Myllykoski, Utti, Inkeroinen): €5, free on orders of €30 or more
Delivery area
We currently deliver within Finland. If you live abroad and would like to order, email us at pieni.aatos@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.
Address and changes
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to correct it, or want to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are possible until your order has been sent.
Tracking and problems
You will receive an email when your order has been sent, with tracking information when the delivery method includes it. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at pieni.aatos@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, we can send it again once the new delivery cost has been paid.
